MANAGING DIRECTOR / HEAD OF CULINARY
Nadim has always loved culinary arts, once finished high school he decided to pursue what he was naturally gifted at, he enrolled in the High Institute of Hospitality and Management in Lebanon graduating with a degree in culinary arts. He worked in many fine restaurants across the country including five stars hotels until he decided to move to Hong Kong where his life was about to change forever. Armed with determination and passion, in 2010 Nadim opened Sumac Restaurant offering guests his innovative interpretation of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine continuously striving to build upon his vision of providing exemplary dishes and a comprehensive guest experience.
